We're Elisabeth and Ulrich, and together with our three sons, David, Alexander and Simon, we're the family behind Residence Wiesenhof. It's our home, and we love sharing it with our guests.
We personally take care of the apartments and chalet, putting our hearts into all the little details that make a difference. Above all, we want you to feel welcome and at ease from the moment you arrive. Whether it's a friendly chat, a relaxed atmosphere or a few insider tips on our favourite local spots, we're always happy to help you make the most of your stay.
What we love about being hosts
One of the best things about Wiesenhof is getting to know our guests. A friendly chat in the garden, a handy tip or a few words exchanged at the end of the day – it's often these spontaneous moments that make a holiday special.
And there's nothing quite like welcoming back familiar faces, especially guests who have been returning for years. Knowing that Wiesenhof has become a little home from home for them means the world to us.
A little peace and quiet in the garden
Our garden is one of our favourite spots at Wiesenhof. There's plenty of room for the children to play and explore, while the grown-ups can settle down with a good book, put their feet up or simply admire the views. Even on hot summer days, the shade of the old trees and the slightly cooler temperatures up here make it a lovely place to relax.
You'll often find us in the garden too. It's where we get chatting with our guests, swapping stories and sharing our favourite tips for walks, days out and places to eat.
For a little more me-time, head to the wellness area in the main house. With a Finnish sauna, steam bath, whirlpool bath and relaxation room available by prior arrangement, it's the perfect place to recharge. Or why not book yourself a relaxing massage?
